Who am I?

I am a late 40’s man (that update stings a bit) in the ICT industry in Canberra. I am passionate about my job, the products I sell and the directions the industry is going in. I am also a firm believer in the use of blogs, social media and other technologies to educate, inform and learn about the industry and the future directions for us all. I like to show a bit of my private self so that people understand who I am and what makes me tick.

All of the views on this and any other blog I have or contribute to are my own. Nobody makes me write about my cats, kids, or life. It is the ramblings of a normal person. Comments are welcome. If you want to tell me something about my posts, please do so. Otherwise I think I am writing to myself.

I have 3 kids, a house and 2 cats. One is on purpose. the other adopted us. the rest goes without saying…

    I have set up a new text reminder service http://www.binreminded.com. Currently UK only. But I’m hoping to roll out globally this year 2010.

    The idea is you set up reminders on your web-based calendar – so even if you forget – you get a text message reminder for birthdays, appointments, etc.
